The app can’t hear my child.
Check Settings > SpeechTeach > Microphone is on. The app shows a banner in the practice screen when the microphone is off.
How do I see progress?
Tap Parent Portal on the child-select screen and enter your PIN.
I forgot the PIN.
Delete and reinstall the app to reset it. This also deletes progress and recordings (they only live on your phone).
Does it work offline?
Yes, fully. Nothing requires a connection.
